The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing a varied portfolio, supporting the development of junior staff, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities Managing a diverse portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns Providing business advisory and strategic support to clients Leading and mentoring junior and senior members of the team Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships Supporting business development activities and identifying growth opportunities Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations Liaising with HMRC and other professional bodies where required Managing workflow, deadlines, and team performance effectively Assisting Partners with operational and strategic initiatives Candidate Requirements ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent) Significant experience within accountancy practice Strong ..... full job details .....
