My client funds its growth through an asset-based lending facility and is currently strengthening the finance team around it. This role will be responsible for owning the facility and the group''s lender reporting in relation to borrowing base, availability, covenant compliance and the funding model. This role works directly with the Chairman and alongside the existing finance team, and is a great opportunity to join a fast growing international business with very ambitious growth plans. Specific responsibilities will include: Build and maintain the receivables borrowing base from the ledger kept by the Head of Credit Control and Billing. Weekly and monthly Lender reporting, including covenant compliance and lender information requests. Own the funding model, including the integrated forecast and thirteen-week cash flow in lender-ready form. with the Head of Finance Operations, covering headroom, accordion and facility option analysis as the group grows.
