This is your chance to step into a high-impact role within a forward-thinking organisation undergoing exciting developments.You ll work closely with the Financial Director and senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams shaping reporting, driving performance, and influencing decision-making at every level.What You ll Be Doing Own the monthly management accounts across multiple cost centresDeliver sharp variance analysis and meaningful commentary against budget and forecastPartner with business leaders to guide strategic decisionsPresent financial insights with clarity and confidence to non-finance stakeholdersLead system improvements and support ERP implementationBuild dashboards and advanced reporting using Excel, Power BI or TableauSupport budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and KPI frameworksPlay a key role in audit prep and continuous improvement across finance What You ll Bring Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with solid experience in a fast-paced, commercial environmentProven business partnering skills with senior stakeholdersStrong communicator, comfortable presenting to non-finance audiencesAdvanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex models)Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plusTrack record of driving system or process improvementsAnalytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach This ..... full job details .....
