We''re searching for a hands-on Senior Management Accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the UK finance function, leading a small finance team and reporting to the local Head of Operations, with a secondary line to the Australia-based fractional CFO, to keep a busy, high-volume payroll business running accurately and on time. The Role This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership. You''ll run the UK finance operations that keep a busy, high-volume payroll business accurate and on time, from releasing client payments and weekly reconciliations through to month-end, while leading and supporting a finance team of three. We''re a service business, and finance is part of what our clients pay for, so being responsive and easy to deal with matters here as much as technical strength.
