Senior Management Accountant

Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a fast paced, global business to recruit a commercially focused Senior Management Accountant to take ownership of the UK PandL while supporting EMEA reporting.This is a high-impact role combining management reporting and business partnering.The Role Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:Take ownership of the Profit and Loss, driving insight and performanceDeliver accurate, timely month-end reporting in line with EMEA deadlinesProduce monthly balance sheet reconciliationsLead variance analysis (monthly and YTD) vs budget, forecast, and prior yearBusiness partner with UK cost centres to drive commercial improvementsSupport compliance activities including audit, tax and VAT returnsOversee product costing and inventory reporting for UK operationsProvide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholdersBuild relationships across EMEA and US HQIdentify and implement process improvements and efficienciesSupport the development and upskilling of the wider finance teamAbout YouQualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)Strong background in management reporting and financial analysisSimilar experience in a similar management accountant roleCommercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approachConfident working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAdvanced Excel and strong MS Office capabilityThe OpportunityOwnership of PandL within a ..... full job details .....
