This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance function in a broad role that offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and clear progression opportunities.Your new roleReporting into the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the management accounts process while supporting commercial decision-making across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accountsOwnership of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliationsDelivering insightful variance analysis against budget and forecastSupporting the budgeting and forecasting processesPartnering with key stakeholders across retail, e-commerce and head office functionsAssisting with cash flow reporting and working capital analysisSupporting year-end audit requirementsIdentifying and implementing process improvements across financeProviding financial analysis to support key commercial decisions and strategic initiativesWhat you''ll need to succeedACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedPrevious experience preparing management accounts within a retail, fashion, consumer, wholesale or e-commerce environmentStrong technical accounting knowledge and ..... full job details .....
