Senior Management Accountant

Reed Finance is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Senior Management Accountant to join their established finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong finance professional to play a key role in supporting a significant development and investment programme. There is a requirement to be in the office only one day per week. This role sits at the centre of a large-scale new build and development function, providing financial oversight, appraisal and insight to support strategic decision-making. You''ll work closely with Development teams, Financial Planning and senior stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful reporting across the programme.This is a highly visible role with exposure to Executive and Board-level stakeholders, offering the opportunity to influence key investment and business decisions.Responsibilities: Lead financial appraisal and monitoring of the development and new build programmePartner with Development teams to evaluate new project opportunities and investment casesPrepare and deliver monthly management accounts and reporting packs with detailed commentaryProduce budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans, including development projectionsProvide financial insight, KPIs and trend analysis to support strategic decision-makingContribute to Executive and Board reporting, delivering clear and concise financial analysisTake ownership of statutory accounts, liaising with external ..... full job details .....
