Senior Management Accountant

We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Senior Management Accountant to join our financial services clients growing finance team. You''ll be joining a close-knit, professional team, backed by a national organisation known for innovation, growth, and exceptional client outcomes.What You''ll Be DoingSupport the preparation of monthly management accountsComplete accruals, prepayments, journals, and balance sheet reconciliationsRespond to queries in a professional and timely mannerAssist with dividend documentation and company secretarial administrationProvide cover for finance team activities during absencesMentor and support junior finance staff, including reviewing work and sharing best practiceWhat We''re Looking ForQualified CIMA, ACCA or ACAStrong experience in management accounts and month-end processesExcellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlinesConfident communicator, able to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholdersExperience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (or a willingness to develop this)Good working knowledge of accounting systems and ExcelPersonal AttributesHighly organised with the ..... full job details .....
