Senior Management Accountant

The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a growing and well-established organisation. Working closely with the CFO, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting business performance, and helping to develop a proactive and commercially focused finance function. This position offers significant exposure across the business and would suit an ambitious finance professional seeking a broad and varied role within a collaborative environment. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts. Take ownership of PandL and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations. Support the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting process. Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making. Analyse profitability, performance trends and commercial opportunities. Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve financial understanding and performance. Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and controls. Support year-end audit requirements and statutory reporting activities. Coach and support members of the wider finance team. Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and business initiatives. You Will Be/Have: Experience in a Senior Management Accountant, Management Accountant or similar finance role.
