Senior Management Accountant

Excited to be working with a fast-growing international business, based locally to Grimsby, to recruit a Senior Management Accountant-to join their finance team.-
This is a high-impact role offering exposure across global operations, commercial finance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across international entities
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance
• Providing financial insight and analysis to support key decision-making
• Managing and mentoring junior staff members-
• Supporting audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Strong experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• International exposure or multi-entity experience preferred
• Proactive, analytical, and confident in presenting financial insight
