Senior Management Accountant Manchester (2-3 days in office) 60,000 - 65,000 +bonus Axon Moore have partnered with a 40m turnover business just outside of central Manchester who are looking for a fully qualified Senior Management Accountant on a full time permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant, ideally with experience in both management and statutory accounts experience to come in and bolster the finance function. Responsibilities include: Responsibility for the timely and accurate production of all management accounts and monthly reporting (local and group) to agreed formats and timetablesPreparation of groups supporting files for consolidationPreparation and collation of budgets and forecasts Production of statutory financial statements as required.Analyse financial data to identify and resolve any issues and to explain any variances from budget or forecast, assisting the users of the information to understand what the numbers are representing so that they can use them to make informed and effective business decisionsEnsure that there are adequate and robust financial controls within the financial systemsIdentify and make recommendations on where system and control improvements can be madeEnsure that the balance sheet is fully reconciled and reviewed every month end with any issues identified and resolvedEnsure that all operating and financial systems are reconciled to ensure completeness and integrity Person ..... full job details .....
