This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to take ownership of key financial reporting while supporting and mentoring a developing finance team.You''ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality management accounts, driving process improvements, and providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of monthly management accounts, including full PandL and commentaryReview and improve month-end processes to ensure accuracy and efficiencyLine management and development of junior finance staffReview forecasts and budgets, challenging assumptions and adding commercial insightSupport annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting cyclesOversee reconciliations, journals, and technical accounting areasBuild strong relationships with operational stakeholders and present financial insightsMaintain audit-ready documentation and support audit processesIdentify and implement process improvements across the finance functionAbout YouFully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong technical knowledge of PandL and balance sheetConfident reviewing work and mentoring junior team membersExcellent communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholdersProven experience in a Management Accountant role within a multi-site ..... full job details .....
