The contractor has a significant workload across London, delivering complex building services packages on major commercial, data centre, healthcare and education projects. This position would suit a commercially strong M&E Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable taking ownership of sizeable packages and working closely with both the project delivery team and senior commercial management.
