The business delivers residential, mixed-use and commercial projects with M&E values of up to -50m. You will join a commercial design and build project in central London during pre-construction, taking responsibility for its commercial management through delivery. This is a long-term contract with the opportunity to progress into a Commercial Manager role, overseeing multiple schemes. Key responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of the M&E package from pre-construction through to final account. Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost reports and cash flow updates. Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, valuations and payments. Identify and manage variations, risks and commercial opportunities.
