A leading and rapidly growing MEP contractor is looking to appoint a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to support a strong pipeline of secured work across London.
This is a key hire within the commercial team, suited to someone who is confident running multiple projects, commercially sharp, and comfortable being a strong presence on site.

The Role

• Commercial management of multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Cost planning, procurement, and package buyout
• Subcontractor management, valuations, variations, and payments
• Preparation and agreement of final accounts
• Contract administration (JCT preferred)
• Regular reporting and forecasting across projects
• Working closely with project teams and senior management
• Acting as a visible and proactive commercial presence on site
• Supporting and mentoring junior QS / commercial staff

Experience Required

• Proven background as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
• Experience delivering mixed-use, commercial and residential projects
• Track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of MEP packages (Mechanical & Electrical)
• Experience with subcontract procurement and commercial control
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts
• Confident communicator, capable of leading commercially on projects
• Comfortable mentoring and developing junior team members
