They are now recruiting for a Senior M&E QS to join their solid team of surveyors and take a lead on this project. The client have offices in Central London also, so this can be split between the two as an option. The project itself is a new build mixed development comprising of commercial offices and retail units. The project is still in pre construction and is expected to run for around 18-24 months.
