The business provides a range of technical and commercial property services to investors, landlords and occupiers, with its M&E consultancy team advising on the performance, condition and management of building services across commercial property portfolios. This is a varied position that combines technical consultancy with the delivery of M&E projects, providing the opportunity to work closely with clients and take responsibility for assignments from initial survey through to completion. The Role Undertake M&E condition surveys, technical due diligence inspections and assessments of existing building services installations. Prepare technical reports, planned maintenance programmes, lifecycle assessments and capital expenditure recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve building performance, operational efficiency and compliance.
