Job Title: Senior Maintenance SupervisorLocation: ColeshillReporting To: Engineering / Maintenance ManagerHours: 7am 4pmSalary: 55,000 - 60,000OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and effective day-to-day maintenance operations while driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operationsOwn and support Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities across all production linesEnsure PM schedules are completed on time and to the required quality standardsParticipate in root cause analysis activities (DAB, 5 Whys, 8D, ICMS) to identify and eliminate equipment failuresDrive practical improvements to reduce downtime and enhance operational reliabilityIdentify, develop, and implement improvement ideas from the shop floorAllocate maintenance resources effectively to meet production and operational prioritiesLead by example, promoting high standards of behaviour, safety, and performanceCoach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and capabilitySupport disciplinary investigations in line with company procedures, working alongside HRManage and control maintenance budgets, including Capex for new equipment and upgradesKey ..... full job details .....
