The college promotes an inclusive and nurturing environment, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other Complex Needs.The school is looking to take on a Senior Maintenance Operative on a temporary basis, with the potential to become long term for the right candidate.The successful Senior Maintenance Operative will have:• Level 2 in one of Multi Trades.• previous experience in general building repairs and maintenance. E.g., plastering, carpentry, decorating or similar tasks. To be flexible, able and willing to assist with a wide range of repair and maintenance duties, as directed by the Maintenance Manager. To understand the principles of lifting and manual handling and apply them to their work. To be physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy and bulky items of equipment and/or materials. To demonstrate a mature and responsible approach to their work.
