This is a hands-on role where you''ll deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance while also stepping up as a lead operative on site. You''ll play a key role in ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and right first time - supporting colleagues, mentoring apprentices, and helping drive service quality across the team.
