Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Maintenance Lead Develop and deliver a maintenance and reliability strategy to improve uptime, asset performance, and equipment effectiveness. Own and improve PPM systems, CMMS data, asset registers, work order control, downtime reporting, and maintenance KPIs. Lead TPM events, analyse recurring faults, identify losses, and drive targeted reliability improvements. Manage contractors, RAMS, permits, competency, safe systems of work, performance, cost, and sign-off.
