We''re working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer looking to recruit an Engineering Reliability Team Leader to join their site in Park Royal.
This is a key role within the engineering team, focused on improving reliability, reducing downtime and leading a small team of engineers.

The Role

• Leading reliability and maintenance across site
• Driving planned preventative maintenance and improvements
• Reducing breakdowns and improving equipment performance
• Managing and supporting a team of 4 engineers
• Working closely with production to keep the site running

What We''re Looking For

• Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing
• Strong fault finding and problem-solving ability
• Experience improving reliability and plant performance
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

The Package

• -55,000 salary
• 4 on 4 off days (7am - 7pm)
