Senior Maintenance Engineer
to join KP Snacks. In this role, you will be part of a three-person Line Structure Management Team, taking ownership of reducing maintenance-related and breakdown losses while applying a strong technical understanding of engineering systems and technology. Operating within our Integrated Work System (IWS), you’ll embed best practices that enhance reliability, reduce costs, and drive productivity across the line.What is IWS? Lead and own the Progressive Maintenance (PM) system to ensure equipment is running reliably and efficiently.Tackle complex maintenance challenges by driving continuous improvement and solving recurring equipment issues.Work closely with operating teams and equipment owners, building strong collaboration to deliver outstanding line performance.Embed maintenance excellence that supports performance, reduces downtime, and improves line efficiency.Grow technical and leadership skills by coaching others and developing team capability in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.What’s in it for you?
