This is a rare opportunity to help shape a young engineering team, embed standards, and directly influence reliability and performance in a high-compliance, food-grade facility.This is a hands-on, senior-level role where you''ll own the technical standards, lead root-cause diagnostics, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement across critical assets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planned and reactive maintenance across high-speed production machineryOwn and evolve the PPM system, ensuring schedules, compliance, and uptimeAct as the go-to problem-solver for complex mechanical and electrical faultsMentor and support junior engineers and apprenticesCollaborate closely with production teams to prevent downtime and improve reliabilityWork across a range of equipment: conveyors, weighers, chillers, mixers, sealers, packaging linesSupport automation, upgrade, and installation projectsEnsure compliance with food safety, HandS, and engineering best practicesLead on record-keeping: parts usage, fault logs, trend analysis, and asset historyDrive root cause analysis and contribute to site-wide CI initiativesWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in a senior/lead maintenance role within a food, FMCG, or regulated ..... full job details .....
