Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Senior Maintenance Engineer-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

As the-Senior Maintenance Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Senior Maintenance Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a portfolio of multiple buildings in the region.-
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.-
• Fault finding and troubleshooting.-
• Liaising directly with key clients.-
• Manging other engineers ad subcontractors.-

To be successful for this Senior Maintenance Engineer role you must have:

Experienced managing/working across multiple sites at once.

Engineering background - ideally Electrical.-

Experienced carrying out multi skilled building maintenance works.-

Health & Safety Compliance.-

UK Drivers licence.-
