Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off days & nights What You Will Do: - Deputise for the Shift Manager and lead the team of shift engineers, keeping engineering performance focused and proactive. - Drive preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response to minimise plant downtime and support reliable production. - Lead technical problem-solving to identify root causes, improve fault diagnosis, and maintain high engineering and safety standards. - Mentor Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Maintenance Engineers, as well as apprentices, helping skills and confidence grow on every shift. - Monitor engineering and operational KPIs, review PMs, and coordinate job inclusion into weekend or daily plans. - Produce engineering shift reports...
