The RoleAs a Senior MandA Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising on high-value, complex MandA transactions. Working alongside a talented team of lawyers, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results for clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on MandA, joint ventures, and corporate matters

Managing and executing transactions from inception to completion

Collaborating with partners and associates across the firm’s global network

Delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with 4-7 years PQE

Proven experience in corporate MandA at a reputable law firm

Strong academic credentials and the ability to manage complex projects

Exposure to private equity transactions is highly desirable
