Our team is known for imagination, delivery, passion for technology, and pride in our work.Role Overview:We seek experienced consultants to deliver excellent Copilot, SharePoint, M365, and Power Platform projects.Responsibilities:Remote work via Teams with colleagues in Chicago and clients in the US; occasional travel to London or Manchester.Leading business development activities such as pre-sales and proposals.Gathering requirements by working closely with clients to understand and translate their needs.Collaborating with Project Managers, Developers, and Designers to deliver projects.Running workshops to demonstrate capabilities and benefits of Copilot, SharePoint, and M365.Regular communication with clients to provide updates and resolve issues swiftly.Building or delivering projects, with options for hands-on technical work.Candidate Requirements:Flexibility to occasionally start after 10 am to facilitate US meetings.Experience with SharePoint and M365 collaboration tools.Experience with Power Platform.Experience with Agents and Copilot Studio.Experience with Azure Services, including Azure AI Foundry.Background in consultancy or agency work.Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and configuration of Microsoft 365.Experience with .NET development or PowerShell is a plus.Degree-level education.Reply is an Equal Opportunities Employer committed to diversity and fair recruitment practices.
