Success in this role looks like: Senior level experience owning end to end loyalty programme delivery, including working with third party platforms such as Eagle Eye, Open Loyalty, Punchh or similar. Strong people leadership with an empathetic, supportive approach to managing and developing teams. Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leaders and larger audiences. Commercially minded, analytical, and experienced in reviewing data and turning it into actionable insights to drive customer engagement and measurable business impact.
