Senior Logistics OperativeLocation: RochesterFull time positionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Logistics Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong warehouse and logistics experience who is confident supporting daily operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting goods in and goods out activities, stock control, material handling, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring all logistics processes are completed accurately and on time. You will also assist with coordinating workflow within the warehouse, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the department.Key ResponsibilitiesLoading and unloading deliveries safelyBooking goods in and out accuratelyStock control and inventory managementPicking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatchOperating warehouse equipment and MHE where requiredMaintaining accurate paperwork and system recordsSupporting logistics planning and warehouse organisationEnsuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesAssisting with training and supporting other warehouse staffRequirementsPrevious experience within a warehouse or logistics environmentExperience in a senior or supervisory warehouse role preferredGood understanding of stock control and dispatch processesStrong ..... full job details .....
