Day-to-day responsibilities include: Lead, motivate and develop a small logistics team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and deadlines are met. Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring shipments, documentation and customer requirements are handled efficiently and accurately. Manage your own portfolio of customer and supplier accounts while supporting colleagues with their own accounts. Monitor operational workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and productivity. Liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of client requirements. Allocate responsibilities across the team, providing coaching and support where required.
