I''m working with a local authority in Surrey looking for a Senior Living Officer to take ownership of several independent living schemes, supporting residents while ensuring the schemes are safe, welcoming and well managed. What you''ll be doing: Providing high-quality housing and tenancy management Supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing Managing lettings, voids and tenancy sustainment Overseeing health & safety, compliance and risk assessments Managing scheme safety and telecare systems Building relationships with Adult Social Care, community groups and partner agencies Supervising and supporting a small team of domestic staff Driving resident engagement and service improvements The role supports up to approximately 60 residents across designated schemes, so you''ll have plenty of opportunity to make a visible impact on both the service and resident''s quality of life.
