Senior Litigation Lawyer

OverviewAlexander Lyons Solutions are exclusively advising a Midlands based law firm in their search for an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer. This is an entrepreneurial and lean outfit that supports a number of wider businesses, offering interesting and consistent workflow. The initial focus will be on Housing Disrepair; other matters will include Consumer Claims and broader Civil Litigation.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced individual (3PQE+) who enjoys managing a range of cases simultaneously. Due to the set up and established partnerships, business development and networking expectations are significantly lower here compared with a traditional law firm. The role is pivotal and prioritised within the business, with the opportunity to join during an exciting period. This is ideally a full-time role with 2 days in the office, but there is flexibility to get the right person up and running quickly.

Responsibilities

Manage a range of litigation matters with a focus on Housing Disrepair; contribute to Consumer Claims and broader Civil Litigation as required.

Handle case management, client liaison, and strategy development across matters.

Collaborate with the firm’s partnerships to support business operations with lower formal business development expectations.

Work within an entrepreneurial, lean environment with a prioritised setup.

Qualifications

3+ years PQE or equivalent experience in Litigation

Experience in Housing Disrepair and Civil Litigation
