Manage lift maintenance, servicing, breakdown response, repairs, modernisation works, and replacement projects across the housing portfolio. Act as the technical lead for lift engineering matters, providing specialist advice on passenger lifts, goods lifts, evacuation lifts, and associated control systems. Monitor and manage lift maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with LOLER regulations, British Standards, safety legislation, and contractual performance requirements.
