The Role Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants. Carry out viewings, negotiate offers and progress tenancies. Generate and carry out rental valuations Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio. Deliver consistently high levels of customer service. Build your profile and develop relationships across the local market. Support and motivate other members of the lettings team.
