The Role Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants. Carry out viewings, negotiate offers and progress tenancies. Generate and carry out rental valuations. Win new landlord instructions and identify opportunities to grow the managed portfolio. Manage relets and ensure properties are brought back to market effectively. Deliver consistently high levels of customer service. Build your profile and develop relationships across the local market. Support and motivate other members of the lettings team. Play a key role in achieving the department''s targets and continued growth.
