This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, multi-branch independent estate agency as a Senior Lettings Negotiator in South Buckinghamshire.

You''ll play a key role within the lettings team, generating lets and working closely with the Lettings Manager to drive new business, win instructions and deliver an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Carry out viewings, negotiate offers and progress tenancies.
• Generate and carry out rental valuations
• Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
• Build your profile and develop relationships across the local market.
• Support and motivate other members of the lettings team.
• Play a key role in achieving the department''s targets and continued growth.

About You

We''re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded lettings professional who enjoys winning business, developing landlord relationships and delivering a first-class service.

You could already be a Senior Lettings Negotiator, or an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in your career.

You''ll have:

• Experience within lettings
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• ARLA qualification would be advantageous but isn''t essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Base: -25,000 - -28,000 + commission
