About the Role
Pertemps Bristol Commercial seeks a Senior Lettings Negotiator for a permanent, full-time position in Horfield. The salary ranges from £31,000 to £35,000 per annum. You will manage and support the lettings team, conduct property viewings, secure new lets, and respond to enquiries. Building robust relationships with landlords and tenants is central, alongside handling offers and negotiations. This role demands strong sales ability and a genuine affinity for working with people. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, with one in three Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm, compensated by a day off in lieu. The start date is flexible for the ideal candidate.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting the lettings team
- Conducting property viewings and securing new lets
- Responding to enquiries and arranging viewings
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling offers and negotiating between landlords and tenants
- Reviewing property listings and suggesting ways to improve them
- Supporting rent reviews, re-lets and market appraisals
- Helping to win new landlords and properties
- Developing new business opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 18 months–2 years+ property experience
- Strong sales and communication skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Good organisational skills
- The confidence to lead and support other team members
- The ability to build strong client relationships
- A passion for property and customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
