Responsibilities: Conducting viewings and letting properties Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business. Marketing rental properties (online listings, photos, advertisements) Finding suitable tenants, Understanding their housing requirements and budget Negotiating rental terms and tenancy agreements Advising on market rental values Coordinating references and tenant background checks Prepare tenancy paperwork Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database About You: Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent written and oral communication skills A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach A strong customer focus.
