The Opportunity for Senior Lettings Manager This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to take the next step in their career as a Senior Lettings Manager. You will be responsible for driving the performance and profitability of the lettings business, while leading and developing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial results. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding lettings expertise and an exceptional level of customer service. Manage business profitability and identify opportunities for business development. Generate new leads and drive new business. Motivate, coach and develop the lettings team. Lead regular team and morning meetings to maximise performance. Successfully list properties and advise landlords on achieving the best possible rental values. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
