The Role This is a varied and rewarding role where you will become the main point of contact for our lettings department, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. Liaising with landlords and tenants by telephone, email and in person. Organising repairs and maintenance with contractors. Arranging property inspections and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring compliance with current legislation. Coordinating property marketing and new tenancy applications. Working closely with the sales and administration teams to provide excellent customer service. Identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and earn commission.
