We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join this award-winning Residential Lettings team in Dunmow Essex. This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing, confident and conscientious individual. Candidates who live locally and have knowledge of Dunmow and the surrounding areas is an advantage, but not essential. Senior Lettings Consultant Salary and Benefits: Basic salary up to £27,000p/a, dependant on existing industry experience, Plus commission. Realistic OTE up to £32,000p/a. Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants. Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent.
