Senior Legal Executive (Commercial Contracts and Compliance) Up to 65,000 Hybrid Working My client is a highly respected professional consultancy with a strong reputation in its field. They are seeking a Senior Legal Executive or Legal Manager to join an in-house team of 4. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working with contracts and managing risk. The role will focus primarily on the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, alongside supporting a range of compliance and governance activities. The Role As Senior Legal Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the business''s contractual and compliance requirements by: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts and agreements. Identifying legal and commercial risks and providing practical recommendations. Negotiating contract terms directly with clients, suppliers and legal representatives. Managing contract amendments, renewals and variations. Supporting compliance activities and helping maintain internal policies and procedures. Assisting with governance and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate records and contract documentation. Working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure contractual obligations are met.
