In this role, you will provide a first-class service to our Partners and internal stakeholders, while managing schedules, calendars and travel appointments. Collaborate with other team members globally, dealing with varying communications from both internal and external parties.Note:
You will work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, job-sharing with another EA who works Monday and Tuesday. As our attorneys are US-based you must be able to work US Eastern Time 9.00am-5.00pm.Responsibilities will include supporting Partner time tracking, drafting client engagement letters, document formatting, using the task management system (tracking responsibilities) and ad-hoc research to support partner projects.You will ensure all administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately with an eye for detail, utilizing your previous Law Firm experience in understanding the business to effectively prioritize, liaise with stakeholders, and help ensure the many goals are achieved.Responsibilities

8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a law firmRemote working experience essentialFluent English (verbal and written)Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading)Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and schedulingAbility to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritizeAbility to handle sensitive information confidentiallyEffective communication with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely mannerSterlington is a full-service law firm that combines legal and commercial excellence with modern practices.About us:
