With an international presence and a complex, regulated business environment, the organisation offers an opportunity to gain broad exposure across financial control, statutory reporting, technical accounting and finance transformation.This is a senior position within the Legal Entity Control team, offering a combination of hands-on technical accounting, oversight of multiple legal entities, team management and involvement in strategic finance projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial control and reporting for a portfolio of legal entities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.Prepare and review annual statutory financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP and FRS 102.Manage month-end reporting processes, including income statement and balance sheet reviews, analytical commentary and management reporting.Oversee balance sheet substantiation, intercompany reconciliations and group accounting adjustments.Provide technical accounting guidance, particularly in relation to IFRS 3 and IFRS 9.Manage external audit processes and liaise with auditors to resolve ..... full job details .....
