You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units, providing strategic legal advice and helping shape the future of a group that blends heritage with innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on MandA, corporate, IP, IT, and litigation matters across the group''s industrial businesses.Support residential property development projects, excluding conveyancing and complex specialist real estate matters.Review tenders and contracts (sales and procurement) across group companies.Provide legal input on commercial risk, compliance, and dispute strategy.Manage external legal counsel to ensure timely, cost-effective advice.Ideally, advise ..... full job details .....
