Senior legal Counsel – Investment Manager

Overview

Investment Manager, looking to appoint an experienced funds lawyer. Seeking a versatile, experienced funds lawyer (from 4 years'' PQE) to join their business as the legal lead for the UK, to support the business’ expansion further into Europe.Responsibilities

Be the legal lead for the UK and support the business’ expansion into Europe.Utilise strong technical knowledge to set up funds and advise on distribution, with an appetite to broaden the practice into a generalist role, including corporate, DP, employment, IP, fund launches, compliance and regulatory matters.Qualifications

Trained and qualified at a top City law firm; over 4 years’ PQE with excellent technical knowledge and experience of regulations applicable to funds, including SFDR and SDR.Experience of UCITS/private/PE funds/ETFs; in-house experience at an investment manager is helpful.Opportunity
