Sitting within the wider Legal function, you will provide employment law advice and support across the organisation''s European and Asia-Pacific operations. The role will cover a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, working closely with HR, senior business leaders and other internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.This is a broad in-house position suited to an experienced employment lawyer who is comfortable operating within a complex, highly regulated and international environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic employment law advice to HR, business leaders and other internal stakeholders across Europe and Asia-Pacific.Advise on a broad range of employment matters including hiring, contractual issues, compensation and benefits, restructuring and workforce reductions, immigration, workplace privacy, disability and human rights matters.Manage employment-related disputes and litigation, assessing legal, regulatory and reputational risk and developing appropriate case strategies.Lead and support complex HR and employee-related investigations.Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory developments and advise the business on their potential impact.Manage relationships ..... full job details .....
