A global consumer-facing organisation is seeking a UK-qualified Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team.This role supports the business across multiple jurisdictions, working directly with senior leadership on high-profile projects.Hybrid working, London.The Role:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.Advising on governance, company secretarial, compliance and risk matters.Supporting board activity, investor relations and transactions (including MandA and financing).Managing disputes and liaising with external counsel.Ideal Candidate:5PQE +UK-qualified solicitor with top-tier training in corporate/commercial law.Strong in-house experience is essentialProven ability to influence at board level.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial acumen.Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
