This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded global firm with a strong international presence and a collaborative culture. Working within a small and supportive team, you will take ownership of complex legal billing matters across multiple jurisdictions and support partners and fee earners with all aspects of the billing process. The role offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days from home. The ideal Senior Legal Biller will be responsible for: Preparing and issuing complex legal invoices in accordance with client requirements and billing instructions Managing multi-currency, multi-payor and international billing arrangements Ensuring VAT, withholding tax, currency and payor details are accurate prior to billing Processing billing amendments including write-offs, transfers, credit notes, cancellations and reissued invoices Reviewing and actioning billing requests within agreed client deadlines Monitoring WIP balances and assisting with month-end billing activities Managing billing queries through shared inboxes and client portals Reviewing engagement terms and ensuring compliance with SRA and HMRC requirements Liaising with ..... full job details .....
